Job summary

Pacific Clinics in San Jose, CA seeks a Clinical Program Manager for the MRSS team. You will hire, develop, train, manage, and retain clinical staff to ensure high-quality crisis response and culturally competent service delivery.

You will liaise with community partners and oversee financial stewardship of the team. This role requires leading crisis assessment and triage, coordinating with law enforcement when needed, and ensuring adherence to Medi-Cal and W&I codes.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work or closely related field with four or more years of clinical experience.
• Two years of supervised clinical experience with children or adults.
• Certification in crisis intervention techniques within the first 30 days and annually.
• Certified in LPS 5150 (Welfare and Institutions Code section 5150.00) within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services for individuals and families with internal and external providers.
• Apply advanced clinical knowledge to crisis intervention and management.
• Act as a clinical consultant for involuntary psychiatric holds per applicable laws.
• Lead multi-modal therapeutic direction and crisis management.
• Respond to community mental health crises and support risk management.
• Ensure staff productivity and revenue-related activities meet forecasts.
• Provide coaching and mentoring on EBPs and program improvements.
• Maintain compliance with licensing, quality, IT, HR, and regulatory standards.

Education

Master's Degree in Social Work or related field

Two (2) years of supervised clinical experience

Crisis intervention certification

LPS 5150 certification
