Job summary

Marin County Behavioral Health and Recovery Services (BHRS), a division of the Marin County Health and Human Services Department, seeks a Program Manager for the Crisis and Justice Involved Division. The role leads the Crisis Continuum, including CSU, Mobile Crisis Response, and Aftercare, ensuring timely, person-centered services in Marin County.

Qualifications

• Experience leading crisis or behavioral health services preferred.
• Ability to supervise professional clinical and administrative staff.
• Strong skills in policy development and program oversight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Crisis Continuum including CSU, Mobile Crisis Response, and Aftercare teams.
• Lead program planning, development, and policy/procedure oversight.
• Manage fiscal and contract aspects and report on performance for quality improvement.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to promote an integrated, equitable crisis system.
