Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services (GCBHS) seeks Mental Health Therapists/Counselors or Licensed Social Workers for the brand-new Crisis Receiving Center in Cincinnati, OH. Roles available as full-time and PRN, offering 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts and a Welcome Back bonus for returning staff.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in social work or counseling required.
• Ohio licensure (CT/SWT, LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC) required.
• Experience with brief intervention and co-occurring populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mental health assessments for walk-in and law enforcement-referred clients.
• Provide crisis de-escalation and brief interventions using MI, CBT, DBT, and evidence-based methods.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for safe discharge planning and follow-up.
