Job summary

Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead the Crisis Receiving Center in Cincinnati, OH. You will supervise CRC therapists, shape clinical practice, and ensure high-quality, compliant crisis care.

This full-time, first-shift leadership role requires independent licensure in Ohio, at least two years of clinical experience, and prior supervisory experience. You will partner with law enforcement and community providers to coordinate rapid intervention

Qualifications

• Independent licensure in Ohio (LISW, LPCC, or equivalent) required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience.
• Previous supervisory or administrative experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and support program outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to CRC therapists, including weekly 1:1 supervision and coaching.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to determine level of care and coordinate ongoing services.
• Ensure timely, accurate clinical documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Support discharge planning and act as liaison with community providers and partner agencies.
• Lead onboarding, orientation, and professional development of new clinical staff.
• Implement organizational policies and ensure accountability to CARF, ODMH, and other standards.
• Assist with departmental budgeting, planning, and program development.
