Job summary

Seven Counties Services is seeking a Crisis Call Deflection Program Supervisor to oversee the Deflection program in Louisville, KY. Qualifications

• Over four years of human/social services experience with supervision.
• Excellent oral and written communication and public speaking.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of the Deflection program.
• Creates and maintains staff work schedules.
• Provide staffing of runs to determine intervention and level of care.
• Ensure team conducts thorough crisis assessments and follow-up.
• Coordinate with law enforcement, families, and community resources.
• Maintain accurate documentation of interventions.
• Lead weekly team meetings and assist training needs.
• Be available for emergency coverage.
