Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides crisis, suicide and homicide intervention counseling over the telephone.
• Identifies and suggests appropriate organizations and service providers.
• Documents and maintains accurate records of interventions and supervises staff/volunteers as assigned.
• Participates in supervision, meetings, training, and external activities to promote awareness and resources.
