Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in the Human Services field.
• CPR/First Aid and CPI certification are preferred credentials.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention by phone, face-to-face, and mobile as clinically appropriate and document contacts.
• Deliver individual, group, family, and practical counseling to meet client needs and treatment goals.
• Assess and facilitate admission to the Adult Crisis Stabilization Unit and evaluate for discharge based on safety.
• Consult with law enforcement and hospital emergency rooms regarding client disposition.
• Participate in staff development activities and contribute to team growth.
• Provide rapid aid in emotional crisis situations through crisis intervention services.
• Attend conferences, webinars, meetings, and supervision sessions.
• Complete other duties as assigned by the Director of Crisis Services or designee.
