Recovery Network Of Programs in Bridgeport, CT seeks an Admissions Coordinator for Prospect House Shelter. Under supervision, you will manage admissions, enter data into HMIS, DDAP, and RNP databases, and support front desk operations.

Responsibilities include conducting intake assessments, providing resident counseling, maintaining confidential records, coordinating shift coverage, monitoring medications, and participating in regular staff meetings and trainings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in the behavioral sciences and two years' experience in counseling preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be acceptable.

Responsabilités

• Provide coverage for the entire shift and manage scheduling as designated by supervisor.
• Provide counseling interventions for residents during shift and handle resident requests.
• Complete intake assessments for new and return admissions.
• Maintain accurate, objective resident files and daily log per agency/government requirements.
• Provide front desk coverage and uphold confidentiality regulations.
• Provide crisis intervention services as needed and perform hourly rounds.
• Document resident, building or maintenance issues and coordinate with staff.
• Attend and participate in monthly per diem staff meetings and trainings.
