Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work/Human Services preferred.
• Minimum of two years of professional experience with clients who have behavioral health needs.
• Familiarity with homelessness' effects on health and well-being.
• Bilingual English-Spanish preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management and crisis intervention services to Recovery House residents.
• Coordinate access to mental health, substance use, medical, vocational, and other supporting services.
• Support housing stability, recovery, and community integration through strengths-based planning.
• Collaborate with residents and service providers to achieve individualized goals.
