Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of prior Case Management experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of prior management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of residential case management, guiding goal setting and safety planning.
• Manage and supervise the Crisis Case Management team and related staff.
• Coordinate transportation and client services within the residential program.
• Serve as on-call manager rotating monthly for after-hours coverage.
