Pacific Clinics operates a 24/7 Mobile Crisis Response team in San Benito County, delivering compassionate, trauma-informed crisis intervention and de-escalation. We seek leaders who can supervise Crisis Intervention Specialists and Family Specialists and coordinate with community partners to access higher levels of care when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Education, or related field.
• One or more years of experience in social or mental health services delivery or crisis management.
• First Aid Certification, CPR Certification, and TCI Training required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal and external providers to ensure seamless crisis intervention services.
• Respond to community-based mental health crises, including situations with danger to self or others.
• Supervise field staff, oversee scheduling and training, and ensure compliance with policies and quality standards.
