Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed professionals in one of the listed fields required.
• Experience with intake, assessment and crisis intervention in mental health settings preferred.
• Knowledge of psychiatric diagnoses and crisis management desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform telephonic and in-person risk assessments and crisis intervention.
• Coordinate referral and intake process for admissions.
• Determine level of care and facilitate admission processes.
• Maintain ongoing communication with referral sources, families, patients and unit staff.
