Job summary

Crisis Connections in Seattle, WA is seeking a Crisis Services Clinician to provide clinical leadership across Crisis Services, Dispatch, and Professional Services. The role supports CSS and CIS, oversees risk assessments, and ensures callers receive appropriate emotional support and referrals to higher levels of care.

Qualifications

• Must hold one of WA licensure in behavioral health.
• Experience working with crisis lines or equivalent settings is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CSS and CIS during shifts; provide coaching and feedback.
• Lead risk assessments and clinical decision making for callers in crisis.
• Document all interactions accurately in Carelogic electronic health record.
• Coordinate referrals to Next Day Appointments, Mobile Response, or higher levels of care as needed.
• Support ongoing QA and collaboration with clinical staff during shifts.
