• Intake and triage duties for PES and CSU, collecting demographics and insurance info.
• Conduct daily client assessments and update Individual Treatment Plans.
• Provide 1:1 support, crisis de-escalation, and coordinate discharge planning.
• Document interactions, maintain accurate records, and participate in treatment team meetings.
