This on-site, full-time role is the first point of contact for individuals and partners seeking behavioral health crisis services, coordinating referrals and intake screenings to ensure timely linkage to MRSS, CSP, and related programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• One year of related field experience preferred.
• Experience with behavioral health, non-profit, or social services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for crisis referrals.
• Answers 988 referral line, 590 crisis hotline, and coordinates MRSS referrals.
• Complete intake screenings and collect demographic/clinical information.
• Coordinate referrals to MRSS, CSP, and 590 Crisis Program.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record.
• Monitor referral status and support timely dispatch.
• Collaborate with hospitals, schools, law enforcement, and community partners.
