Job summary

Womens Center Of East Texas Inc is seeking a caring professional to provide client-centered and trauma-informed care for domestic violence and sexual assault survivors. You will respond to a 24-hour hotline, assist with safety planning, and coordinate referrals across WCET service areas.

Responsibilities include crisis intervention, documentation, data entry, and supporting outreach and shelter coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field or combination of social services experience and education preferred.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Experience in social/human services or administrative work required.

Responsibilities

• Answer and respond to 24-hour hotline offering safety planning and immediate assistance.
• Provide crisis intervention and document services.
• Identify needs of domestic violence and sexual assault survivors for support services.
• Assist with office tasks and data entry.
• Coordinate referrals and outreach appointments; arrange emergency transportation when needed.
