Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of professional experience in an agency/strategy environment or similar setting.
  • BA/BS, preferably in Political Science, history, journalism or IR.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office and proficient with research and media monitoring platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Support a range of complex, high-profile corporate issues and crisis communications situations.
  • Contribute to development of press releases, crisis plans, media strategies and talking points.
  • Monitor and triage client issues and conduct research across topics.
  • Prepare executive summaries and analyses, distill large data into actionable insights.
  • Provide input on projects based on client preferences and insights.
  • Assist in client meetings with note-taking, action tracking and timelines.
  • Demonstrate growth mindset, mentor junior staff, and support team culture.
  • Participate in on-duty rotation covering evenings and weekends.
