Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional experience in an agency/firm or healthcare org.
• BA/BS in a relevant field.
• Fluent in MS Office and media monitoring platforms.
• Strong writing and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Support a range of complex, high-profile corporate issues and crisis communications.
• Draft and review press releases, crisis plans, media strategies, and talking points.
• Develop media and stakeholder materials with supervisors.
• Monitor client issues and prepare coverage reports using analytics tools.
• Coordinate with clients and prepare routine account management materials.
• Lead small teams to conduct research and produce executive summaries.
• Participate in on-duty rotations for after-hours coverage.
