Job summary

Compass Health Network is seeking a Crisis Clinician (internal title: Triage Clinician Lead) to lead clinical assessments for individuals in crisis at our Behavioral Health Crisis Center. You’ll guide services and collaborate with partners to ensure timely, person-centered care.

The role emphasizes leadership in a fast-paced crisis environment, mentoring staff, and coordinating with community partners to prevent unnecessary hospitalization and support holistic care.

Schedule: Saturday & Sunday 7pm - 7:30am

As a Crisis Clinician (Internal Title: Triage Clinician Lead) at our Behavioral Health Crisis Center (BHCC), you’ll be the primary point of assessment for individuals experiencing behavioral health or substance use crises. In this role, you’ll not only provide comprehensive clinical evaluations, but also guide the flow of services, oversee non-clinical team members, and collaborate with community partners to ensure every person receives timely, person-centered care.
