Job summary

Compass Health Network in Missouri seeks a Crisis Clinician Lead (Internal Title: Triage Clinician Lead) to assess individuals in crisis and guide care. This PRN/as-needed role offers a leadership path within our Behavioral Health Crisis Center, coordinating services and mentoring staff.

The position emphasizes holistic, person-centered care, collaboration with agencies, and reducing unnecessary hospitalization or law enforcement involvement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher required.
• Credentialed/licensed candidates preferred.
• Experience in crisis care or behavioral health settings preferred.

As a Crisis Clinician (Internal Title: Triage Clinician Lead) at our Behavioral Health Crisis Center (BHCC), you’ll be the primary point of assessment for individuals experiencing behavioral health or substance use crises. In this role, you’ll not only provide comprehensive clinical evaluations, but also guide the flow of services, oversee non-clinical team members, and collaborate with community partners to ensure every person receives timely, person-centered care.
