Job summary

Compass Health Network seeks a Crisis Clinician (Internal Title: Triage Clinician Lead) to assess individuals in crisis at our Behavioral Health Crisis Center, guiding services and supervising non-clinical staff. Weekend Days schedule.

You will lead comprehensive evaluations, coordinate care pathways, and collaborate with community partners to ensure timely, person-centered care while avoiding unnecessary hospitalization or law enforcement involvement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavioral Health or related field is preferred.
• Credentialed or licensed clinicians are encouraged to apply.
• Experience leading in crisis care environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations for individuals in crisis.
• Lead the flow of services and coordinate care steps.
• Oversee non-clinical team members and ensure timely care.
• Collaborate with community partners to connect individuals with appropriate resources.

As a Crisis Clinician (Internal Title: Triage Clinician Lead) at our Behavioral Health Crisis Center (BHCC), you’ll be the primary point of assessment for individuals experiencing behavioral health or substance use crises. In this role, you’ll not only provide comprehensive clinical evaluations, but also guide the flow of services, oversee non-clinical team members, and collaborate with community partners to ensure every person receives timely, person-centered care.
