Job summary

Compass Health Network in Rolla, MO seeks a Crisis Clinician (Internal Title: Triage Clinician Lead) to assess individuals in behavioral health or substance use crises and guide timely, person-centered care.

This leadership role involves mentoring team members, coordinating services, and ensuring smooth workflow while collaborating with community partners to connect people with appropriate supports and to prevent unnecessary hospitalizations.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health field required.
• Active licensure or credentialing to practice clinically required.
• Experience leading crisis care teams preferred.
• Strong collaboration and mentoring skills in multidisciplinary settings.

Lead with compassion and expertise — join us as a Crisis Clinician and guide care for individuals in crisis when it matters most. Schedule: Monday - Friday 11:00pm-7:00am.

As a Crisis Clinician (Internal Title: Triage Clinician Lead) at our Behavioral Health Crisis Center (BHCC), you’ll be the primary point of assessment for individuals experiencing behavioral health or substance use crises. In this role, you’ll not only provide comprehensive clinical evaluations, but also guide the flow of services, oversee non-clinical team members, and collaborate with community partners to ensure every person receives timely, person-centered care.
