A&C Adult and Child Health, Inc. is seeking a Therapist to provide individual, group, and family therapy across diverse settings in Indiana. The role involves comprehensive assessments, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions to support clients’ recovery and well-being.

The ideal candidate holds a master’s degree in a behavioral health field and applicable state licensure, with strong collaboration within a multidisciplinary team and a commitment to ethical, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field.
• State licensure (LPC/LCSW/LMFT) or equivalent.
• Experience with assessments and treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, family therapy and other counseling services.
• Complete intake, screenings, and comprehensive assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans reflecting assessment findings and goals.
• Provide evidence-based interventions and crisis support as needed.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with the treatment team.
