Job summary

Centerstone in Indiana seeks a licensed behavioral health clinician to provide psychotherapy and related services to adults, adolescents, and children within their service area. You will evaluate, treat, and document according to best-practice guidelines, coordinating with the clinical team and referral sources to ensure quality care.

Requires a Master’s degree in a related field and state licensure (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LCAC). 3–5 years of experience preferred; CANS/ANSA certification is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field.
• Licensed as LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC.
• 3–5 years’ experience in behavioral health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain communications and reporting with referral sources and other involved parties.
• Maintain effective working relationships with the clinical team.
• Maintain timely/accurate clinical records.
• Maintain relationships with community referral sources.
• Participate in development and implementation of quality clinical practices.
• Complete ANSA/CANS assessments and reassessments on time.
• Complete clinical documentation within 24 hours of service.
• Complete treatment plans and other clinical service authorizations promptly.
