Job summary

Hamilton Center, Inc. in Indiana is seeking a licensed therapist to provide a broad spectrum of clinical services under clinical supervision. You will evaluate, treat, and support consumers with a range of modalities and maintain records according to standards.

You will carry an active caseload, deliver evidence-based interventions, and coordinate crisis management, referrals, and treatment planning while adhering to ethical guidelines and program requirements.

Qualifications

• Licensed therapist able to provide clinical services under supervision.
• Must maintain credentials and participate in supervision as required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluation and intake interviews; assess problems and formulate diagnoses.
• Develop and modify consumer treatment plans.
• Carry out case management related to treatment.
• Maintain active caseload; provide individual, group, family, marital, child therapies as appropriate.
• Provide behavioral interventions using evidence-based practices.
• Provide crisis management and on-call consultations; coordinate interventions.
• Follow center procedures for care and documentation.
• Maintain records per standards and grants.
• Acquire knowledge of human development; apply age-appropriate activities.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development.
• Attend meetings with Clinical Supervisor and share pertinent information.
• Serve as a resource in areas of expertise and provide presentations and consultations.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical conduct; protect client privacy.
• Demonstrate competent use of EMR and documentation.
• Complete required CANS/ANSA training and reassessments timely.
• Monitor caseload to ensure third-party payer compliance; perform chart reviews and pre-certifications.
• Perform Telehealth services within license scope and training.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
