Job summary

A&C Adult and Child Health, Inc. in Indiana is seeking Qualified Behavioral Health Providers to assess, diagnose, and treat clients under supervision by licensed therapists.

The role includes delivering individual, group, and family therapy across settings, including telehealth, and developing individualized treatment plans. You will conduct intake and assessments, document services, meet regulatory standards, and participate in supervision and team meetings.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field.
• Must be able to obtain full licensure in the state of practice.
• Willingness to provide telehealth services as part of treatment.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, family therapy under supervision of a licensed clinician.
• Complete intake, screening, and comprehensive assessments within required timeframes.
• Develop and document individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Participate in clinical supervision and treatment team meetings.
• Assist with crisis intervention and emergency services as needed.
