Job summary

Centerstone is hiring a behavioral health clinician in Indiana to provide psychotherapy across age groups (adult, adolescent, children) in accordance with best practice guidelines.

Responsibilities include maintaining timely clinical records, coordinating with referrals, and completing ANSA/CANS assessments. A Master’s degree and appropriate licensure (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LCAC) are required, with 3–5 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related field is required.
• Licensed as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or LCAC.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy for adults, adolescents and children (individual, group, family or couples).
• Maintain timely clinical records and document within 24 hours of service.
• Coordinate with referral sources and clinical team.
• Complete assessments including ANSA/CANS and reassessments on time.
• Develop and implement quality clinical practices.
