Job summary

Adult & Child Health in Indianapolis seeks licensed therapists to assess, diagnose, and treat clients across individual, group, and family modalities. Requirements include a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling, and Indiana licensure (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT).

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field.
• Licensed in Indiana as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Willingness to provide telehealth services and comply with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, family counseling and therapy.
• Conduct intake assessments and document diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans per standards.
• Document services accurately and timely in charts/electronic records.
• Participate in clinical supervision and multidisciplinary meetings.
• Respond to crises and provide emergency services as needed.
