Job summary

Pathways is seeking a Youth Crisis Center Program Supervisor to guide and support staff, address operational challenges, and ensure high-quality service delivery. The role includes staff training, coverage planning, and on-call support for emergencies, with up to 32 hours of direct care onsite weekly in clinical, case management, or peer support roles depending on qualifications.

You will assist the Program Manager with data analysis and policy adherence, collaborating with leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• 1+ years’ supervisory/leadership experience.
• Ability to pass background checks, including Enhanced Fingerprinting with ID DHW.
• Valid Driver License with clean driving record and valid Auto Insurance coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to staff, addressing operational challenges and ensuring effective service delivery.
• Coordinate staffing to ensure all shifts are adequately covered and manage on-call coverage for emergencies.
