Pathways in Boise, ID is seeking a Youth Crisis Center Program Supervisor who will guide staff, manage shifts, and coordinate coverage to ensure quality service delivery. The role includes on-call support and up to 32 hours of direct care onsite each week in Clinical, Case Management, or Peer Support settings, depending on qualifications.

• Bachelor’s degree required or preferred in a relevant field.
• 1+ years’ supervisory and/or leadership experience.

• Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment and develop staff.

• 1+ years’ experience supervisory and/or leadership skills,preferred
