Strong administrative, supervisory, and communication skills are essential for daily operations and compliance with regulatory standards. The position requires a Master’s degree in behavioral sciences and experience in a community mental health setting, with LPC/LICSW and CPSS preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences preferred.
• At least 2 years in community mental health preferred.
• LPC/LICSW and CPSS preferred.
• Must read, write, speak and comprehend English.
• Must utilize required computer equipment and software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise assigned personnel to deliver timely services and meet daily crisis center objectives.
• Supervise and direct peer support specialists.
• Direct daily activities to ensure programming complies with protocol and meets objectives.
• Ensure staffing coverage and supplies for daily service delivery.
• Collaborate with law enforcement, mental health centers, probate courts, hospitals, and other stakeholders.
