Indian Rivers Behavioral Health in Tuscaloosa, AL is seeking an Administrative Care Assistant at the Hope Pointe Crisis Center. This PRN role involves transporting clients, registering them at front desk, and working shifts including weekends and overnights under supervision.

You will support client education, maintain HIPAA compliance, and assist with meals and cleaning as needed. Strong communication, EHR proficiency, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are essential.

Qualifications

• Must work effectively in group settings.
• Experience with client front-desk processes preferred.
• Ability to gain certification in de-escalation techniques.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality policies.

Responsabilités

• Provide transportation for clients as needed.
• Perform client front-desk registration as assigned by supervisor.
• Work assigned shifts, weekends, holidays, and overnight as scheduled.
• Observe clients as directed by supervisor.
• Assist in education on symptoms and illness management.
• Gain certification in de-escalation techniques.
• Assist with meals and general cleaning as needed.
• Document clinical notes within 24 hours per policy.
• Conduct client trainings as assigned.
• Maintain communication with team and supervisors.
• Work independently and with teams to complete tasks.
