Job summary

UnityPoint Health seeks a Manager of Crisis Services to oversee operations for the Robert Young Center's crisis programs, including Mobile Crisis, Co-Responder, CSU, and telehealth assessments. You will provide clinical supervision and lead staff development to ensure high-quality, compliant care across crisis services.

Responsibilities include staffing, budget management, and collaboration with law enforcement and community partners to support 24/7/365 crisis coverage and program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a healthcare-related field is required.
• Licensed Therapist, Social Worker, or Registered Nurse.
• Two years of management experience in behavioral health.
• Knowledge of quality improvement, budgeting, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and staff supervision skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations of RYC Crisis Services across Rock Island County.
• Ensures 24/7/365 crisis services staffing and quality patient care.
• Provides clinical supervision and staff development.
• Monitors quality indicators and leads performance improvement initiatives.
• Maintains relationships with internal teams, law enforcement, and community partners.
• Ensures compliance with licensure, HIPAA, and state/federal regulations.
• Manages budgets, cost control, grant funding, and department goals.
