Job summary

Connections Health Solutions in Kirkland, WA is seeking a Supervisor, Case Manager to lead the Social Services team on the Observation Unit. You will balance leadership duties, onboarding, scheduling, and timesheet oversight with direct case management, care coordination, and discharge planning for patients in crisis.

You will collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Treatment Team to coordinate services, ensure safety, and maintain accurate medical records while upholding the clinic’s commitment

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral health.
• Unrestricted license as a Licensed Mental Health Professional in Washington State.
• At least 3 years of experience in mental health or substance abuse treatment.
• Strong knowledge of the Washington State behavioral health system.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience.
• Ability to perform Safe Clinch patient restraint techniques.
• Must comply with vaccination policy and credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise assigned Case Management staff.
• Participate in interview and selection of Case Management staff.
• Onboard and train new hires including 90-day competency checks.
• Manage staffing to maintain appropriate staff-to-patient ratios.
• Assess staffing needs during census fluctuations and adjust accordingly.
• Review staff timesheets for accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee the Observation Unit caseload and coordinate admission triages and treatment plans.
• Glean and document care coordination and discharge planning with the team.
