Job summary

Downtown Emergency Service Center in Seattle seeks a Lead Clinical Supervisor for the Night Shift (CDF) to provide clinical and administrative leadership across CDF and CDIS. You will supervise Mental Health Professionals, BHCMs, and Milieu Specialists, ensuring high-quality client care and safe transitions between programs.

You will collaborate with DESC staff and Project Managers to implement program standards, support discharge planning, and strengthen continuity of care for individuals

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related behavioral science field.
• Licensed or eligible for AAC credential to act as Mental Health Professional.
• 1+ years' experience in community-based behavioral health services.
• Valid Washington State driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Experience with adults experiencing homelessness, mental illness, and/or substance use disorders.

Responsibilities

• Provide shift-level clinical and administrative supervision to mental health staff.
• Oversee staff scheduling, supervision, and coverage coordination across CSC programs.
• Support program standards, workflows, and discharge planning with Project Managers.
• Coordinate clinical documentation and ensure quality assurance across CDF and CDIS.
