Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of exceptional service customer service-oriented work experience.
• 3 years of clerical experience.
• Current Notary or able to become one within 90 days.
• Must be able to perform Safe Clinch patient restraint techniques.

Responsibilities

• Registers individuals for services and verifies Medicaid eligibility or insurance.
• Works with clinical team and communicates concerns to appropriate staff.
• Greets visitors and maintains security with visitor badges.
• Oversee electronic health records and coordinate discharges.
• Obtain clinical records and coordinate with physicians and nurses.
• Assist with ECO/TDO process and liaise between departments.
• Coordinate meals, equipment, and unit supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service to families and vendors.
• Answer calls, transfer messages, and complete trainings.
