Connections Health Solutions is a leading provider of immediate-access behavioral health crisis care in the Leesburg area. This Unit Coordinator role supports clinical services, coordinates registrations, and ensures smooth unit operations in a busy behavioral health setting.

The position requires a High School diploma, 1 year of customer service, 3 years clerical experience, and a notary with strong attention to detail. Full-time on-site work with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of exceptional service customer service-oriented work experience.
• 3 years of clerical experience.
• Current Notary or ability to become a notary within 90 days.
• Must be able to perform Safe Clinch patient restraint techniques.
• Vaccination policy applies; must be fully vaccinated or approved exemption.
• Virginia Fingerprint Clearance required.
• Must pass VA DBHDS background check.
• Must pass VA DSS Central Registry background search.

Responsibilities

• Register individuals for services and verify Medicaid eligibility and insurance.
• Coordinate with clinical staff and communication of concerns regarding presentations.
• Greet visitors and manage security and visitor badges.
• Oversee electronic health record entries and discharge coordination.
• Obtain clinical records and communicate with physicians and nurses.
