Benchmark Human Services is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide healthcare coordination and direct intervention for individuals in our Crisis Support Home program. The RN will train unlicensed staff, oversee LPNs, and ensure compliance with health regulations while supporting mobile crisis teams.

The role requires travel between two crisis homes in Naylor and Douglas, GA, with a Mon-Fri, 40-hour schedule. Healthcare benefits and opportunities for professional growth are offered by Benchmark.

Qualifications

• RN with current Georgia license.
• Experience in IDD/Mental Health nursing preferred.
• Experience with individuals with IDD and/or mental illness.

Responsabilités

• Provide healthcare and wellness coordination for individuals in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Function as liaison and advocate for individuals’ healthcare and inclusion.
• Train unlicensed staff on medication supervision and treatment protocols.
• Oversee pharmacy and medication needs.
• Maintain health-related records and assessments.
• Respond to emergency medical situations in a timely manner.
