Benchmark Human Services in Acworth, GA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide healthcare coordination and direct intervention for individuals in our Crisis Support Home program. The RN will collaborate with mobile crisis teams, train unlicensed staff, and provide clinical oversight of LPNs.

This role serves young adults with autism and IDD, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, managing transitions of care, and responding to medical emergencies.

Qualifications

• RN license active in Georgia.
• Experience in IDD/Mental Health nursing preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and/or mental illness.

Responsibilities

• Provide healthcare and wellness coordination for individuals in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Function as liaison and advocate for healthcare, wellbeing, and inclusion.
• Train unlicensed staff on medication supervision and treatment protocols.
• Oversee health-related records, documentation, and assessments.
