AltaPointe Health in Mobile, AL seeks an LPN or RN to join our Behavioral Health Crisis Center team. This full-time role provides nursing care, crisis intervention, medication administration, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary Treatment Team to ensure safe, compassionate care.

Responsibilities include admission processing, direct patient care, documentation, and adherence to AltaPointe policy. A sign-on bonus of $8,000 is offered for eligible LPN/RN candidates.

Qualifications

• Current active LPN or RN license to practice in Alabama.
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved accommodation is required.

Responsabilités

• Complete admission processes and medical screening.
• Provide nursing care and supervise staff as needed.
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects.
• Document accurately in consumer records and communicate with the treatment team.
• Deescalate crises and participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning.
