Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record required.
• Eighteen months of direct care or related human services experience, or an Associate/Higher degree in a related field.
• Combination of education and experience meeting the qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support in a 24/7 residential group home.
• Support individuals while honoring their preferences and safety.
• Help individuals access community, education, and recreation activities.
• Document activities, behavior, and progress.
• Administer medications under nursing supervision.
• Assist with daily living activities and meals.
• Document and maintain confidentiality of care activities.
• Prepare meals and complete housekeeping tasks.
