Job summary

Connections Health Solutions in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Behavioral Health Specialist (BHS) to manage safety, take vitals, and document services in the EHR. You will assist individuals with daily activities, conduct screenings, and support de-escalation on the unit.

This is a full-time role with opportunities to earn differential pay for certain shifts. The position requires at least one year in behavioral health or related fields and knowledge of Safe Clinch restraint techniques.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in behavioral health, social services, or related field.
• Must be able to perform Safe Clinch patient restraint techniques.
• Vaccination policy requires full vaccination or approved exemption.

Responsibilities

• Manage safety of individuals and staff on the unit.
• Take vitals and document services in the EHR.
• Conduct security screening and educate patients on rights.
• Assist with activities of daily living and transfers.
• Maintain cleanliness of the facility and unit.
