Job summary

Candidates should have at least one year in behavioral health, a high school diploma, and the Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of experience in behavioral health, social services, or related field.
• Must be able to perform Safe Clinch patient restraint techniques.
• Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card required.
• Company policy requires vaccination or approved exemption.

Responsibilities

• Manages safety of individuals and staff; takes vitals and documents in the EHR.
• Performs security screening and orientation for new admissions.
• Intervenes with escalated individuals using de-escalation techniques.
• Assists with activities of daily living and ensures cleanliness of the unit.
• Documents services, interactions, and tests in the EHR; participates in court hearings when required.
