Job summary

You will work on the Observation Unit and Short-term Inpatient Unit, supporting rights, de-escalation, and activities of daily living.

Minimum one year in behavioral health; Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card preferred; the company enforces vaccination policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in behavioral health, social services, or related field.
• Ability to perform Safe Clinch patient restraint techniques.
• Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card preferred.

Responsibilities

• Takes vitals and assists individuals in meeting their needs on the unit.
• Maintains safety of individuals and staff; documents services in the EHR.
• Performs security screening and provides orientation to units.
• Assists with daily living activities and safe patient handling.
• Documents dosages, tests, and court-related items when applicable.
