Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in behavioral health, social services, or related field.
• Must be able to perform Safe Clinch patient restraint techniques.
• Company requires vaccination; documentation or exemption per policy.
• Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs and tolerating a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Manages and maintains safety of individuals and staff; takes vitals and documents services in EHR.
• Conducts security screening and orientations for admissions to units.
• Intervenes with escalated individuals using de-escalation techniques and performs restraints when needed.
• Assists individuals with activities of daily living and documents care details.
• Attends court-ordered hearings when subpoenaed and may provide testimony.
• Maintains cleanliness of the facility and unit; handles light cleaning and laundry.
