Job summary

Connections Health Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time back-end night shifts in Tucson, AZ. The role includes performing comprehensive nursing assessments, medication administration, and crisis intervention within a multidisciplinary team to stabilize patients and support recovery.

The ideal candidate will have a nursing degree, an active AZ RN license, and experience in behavioral health or crisis care. We offer shift differentials and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited Nursing program.
• Unrestricted active RN license in Arizona or multi-state license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred or required per role.

Responsibilities

• Completes Nursing Assessments including triage, medical/behavioral health assessments, and medication administration.
• Plans individual treatment as part of the Multidisciplinary Clinical team.
• Educates patients and families about psychiatric diagnosis, treatments, and health literacy.
