Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of experience in behavioral health, social services, or related field.
• Must be able to perform Safe Clinch patient restraint techniques.
• The Company has a mandatory vaccination policy.
• Physical requirements: lift up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods.
• Certified training (Safe Clinch, CPR First Aid) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages and maintains safety of individuals and staff on the unit.
• Takes vitals and assists individuals in meeting their needs while on the unit.
• Documents services and significant interactions in the EHR.
• Intervenes with escalated individuals using therapeutic de-escalation techniques.
• Performs restraints/seclusions when needed to ensure safety.
• Maintains cleanliness of the facility and unit.
