Job summary

Puyallup Tribe is seeking an Intake Specialist for the Crisis Assistance Program. Under supervision, you will accept applications, facilitate communication between Tribal Members and program coordinators, and maintain strict confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of related general office or administrative experience required.
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access) required.

Responsibilities

• Screens applicants for eligibility according to program policies.
• Prepares and routes requests, files documents, and maintains accurate records.
• Greets applicants and assists with the application process as needed.
• Answers phones, logs messages, and returns calls and emails promptly.
• Maintains confidentiality and organizes digital and physical files.
