Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold licensure with the State of Michigan as a fully licensed professional.
• Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Licensed Professional Counselor; nursing degree acceptable.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience and administrative supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Crisis/Access Services and Utilization Management across multiple counties.
• Supervise Crisis and Access Specialists and staff, ensuring performance and policy compliance.
• Monitor budget, staffing, workflows, and service delivery to improve efficiency and access.
• Collaborate with jail liaisons and external partners to ensure timely behavioral health services.
