Responsibilities

• Prosecute criminal cases from intake through disposition.
• Review investigative reports and evaluate evidence to determine charges.
• Prepare and file legal documents; maintain case files and deadlines.
• Make frequent courtroom appearances for arraignments, motions, trials, and sentencings.
• Interview witnesses and collaborate with law enforcement; negotiate plea agreements when appropriate.
• Present cases to grand juries and provide guidance on legal issues and procedures.
